1955 Proof Set

1955 brought a change in the packaging of U.S. Proof Sets. Midway through the year, the "flat pack" was introduced, with all five coins packaged in a flexible plastic cellophane type holder. Previously, the coins had come sealed individually in a small cardboard box. While nearly 10 sets have broken the 69 rating barrier, none of the current sets boast a rating over 70.
