About This Set:
Set of 1/2 sol coins with Simon Bolivar's portrait. Bolivia started issuing coins with Bolivar's face before his death in 1830. The last coin of the set is dated 1863. Other countries started honoring Bolivar in their coinage after Bolivia.

This is an impressive set with some beautifully toned coins in the mix. Nicely done, good luck, and I hope you get a major award for this set!
The set as prepared by PCGS does not include some interesting varieties I have: for example, 1827 constituci and constituc exist, 1828/7 constituci exists, there are 2 types of 1856 FJ coins, etc. Difficult set (but not expensive to build) as some dates are almost impossible to find.
