The Franklin Half would make its last appearance this year, its premature replacement a result of the tragic assassination of President Kennedy in November. The set otherwise remained much as it had since 1950; a five-piece set containing a Cent through a Half. PR70DC examples of the Cent and Nickel have been certified. Some nice sets are on the Registry, with about 16 or so with a rating over 70.
