The 1987 Proof Set is a five-coin set consisting of a Cent, Nickel, Dime, Quarter and Half, in their regular circulating metallic composition. Ample quantities of PR70DC pieces are available, making this a good candidate for entry into the Set Registry "Blue Ribbon" club, although the Nickel population is a bit low at only 60 pieces as of this writing.
