The 2005 Proof Set concluded the "Westward Journey" nickels now sporting a one-year obverse featuring a closeup 3/4 profile of Jefferson. One of the two reverses brought a Bison back to the five-cent coin for the first time since 1938. Despite the fact that most all the coins in this set have populations in the mid-three figure range, these sets remain very attractive, and are an excellent way to participate in the Registry with a Blue Ribbon set.
