About This Set:
The history of adding a legend to recognized GOD on our national coinage has interested me and I reflected this interest in some of my pattern collecting habits..
The 1861 10$ "GOD OUR TRUST" patterns (the subsequent years 1862 & 1863) were instrumental in the experiment to promote a legend. I currently have 5 of the 6 copper "GOD OUR TRUST" 10$ patterns. Four graded by PCGS and one by NGC.
