About Me:
I was raised on a 160 acre “century” family farm in Boxholm, Iowa (pop 200). I obtained a BS in Ceramic Engineering from Iowa State University in 1986. I decided to pursue a MS in Mathematics from Central Missouri State University graduating in 1997 with a published thesis titled “On certain sums of functions of base b expansions." I have also been a licensed Professional Engineer since 1991. I have been a Technical Manager in a float glass plant for 25+ years.
