1863 Silver Three-Cent Piece. MS-64 (NGC). This elusive 1863 silver three-cent piece has attractive surfaces and toning. The obverse and reverse display steel-gray iridescence which flashes with teal and rose reflectivity. Fully struck and without the often seen die clashing in the fields keeping the eye appeal high. Rare and desirable as precious few examples of this date survived.
