Sharply struck and fully brilliant this boldly lustrous Morgan dollar exudes quality throughout. 1891 Philadelphia Mint Morgan dollars are easily obtainable through MS-64, but become scarce in MS-65. Just 32 examples have been graded MS-65+ at PCGS, as here, and only seven pieces grade higher..
