New, Lower-Cost Shipping for PCGS Orders

PCGS has lowered the cost of return shipping for any package valued at $100,000 or less regardless of the number of coins.

Effective February 1, 2010, we are changing our method of shipping coins back to the submitter. For all packages with a value of $100,000 or less, we will begin using USPS Priority or Express Mail vs. the previously used Registered Mail. Packages valued between $100,000 and $150,000 will continue to use Registered Mail. (For packages over $150,000 you must call PCGS Customer Service.)

All packages will be fully insured by PCGS. Signatures will continue to be required to receive all packages.

An e-mail will automatically be sent to the recipient when either a Priority or Express Mail package is mailed. This e-mail will contain the USPS tracking number associated with that package. The package can then be tracked using that number on the USPS web site - www.usps.com .

Priority Mail packages typically take 2-4 days to arrive anywhere within the U.S. Express Mail packages typically take 1-2 days to arrive anywhere within the U.S.

For the next 90 days, if you submit coins using an old submission form, we will automatically calculate any refund due you and reimburse you for the difference. We have ordered new forms and expect them to arrive within the next few days. Please be sure to replace your old forms.
