Mr. Newcomer was a Baltimore financier who amassed an amazing collection in the early 1900s, only to see it stolen, recovered and ultimately sold as the Depression set in. The Newcomer collection is one the greatest coin collections of all time, and certainly one of the most intriguing. You won’t want to miss Ron covering this fascinating subject.

An expert in both U.S. and World coins, he has been involved professionally in numismatics for nearly 40 years as a collector, dealer, researcher, and writer. Among his other achievements, Ron co-authored the best selling book The 100 Greatest U.S. Coins, and in 2003 received the prestigious President's Award from the American Numismatic Association in recognition for his contributions to numismatics.
