The 2020-W Proof Gold Buffalos were officially released by the U.S. Mint on April 9, 2020. The issue price was set at $2,315 if purchased in the first week of release from the U.S. Mint. After the first week of sales, the U.S. Mint adjusted prices of the coins on a weekly basis depending on the market price of gold. Read more.

Cryptocurrency has changed how a "store of value" is perceived. Debates about value will continue into the future, and only time will tell. Physical Bitcoin was first issued in 2011 by Mike Caldwell of Sandy, Utah, and he branded it as Casascius. The production of this brand ceased on November 27, 2013, and the tokens are highly collectible nowadays. A set we recently listed is the Casascius Bitcoin Brass Type Set, Circulation Strikes (2013), which takes two slots to complete.
