Dealer OSC User Guide

Welcome to the user guide for our new Online Submission Center (OSC) for PCGS Authorized Dealers. It’s a new, customized experience that provides a faster, simpler way to submit coins to PCGS for grading.

We built the Dealer OSC based on your input. Here are just a few of the features we know you’ll love:

• Enter submissions using a numeric keypad (no mouse needed)
• Dealers can add minimum grades per item for raw coin submissions and opt-in to holder their genuine, not gradable coins digitally
• Choose where to drop off or pick up your coins via Concierge or at Shows (submissions only)

The following service levels are eligible through the Dealer OSC:

• Coin Grading
• Reholder
• Regrade
• Reconsideration
• Crossover

These services will still require paper submissions and will be exempt from the January 1 paper submissions cutoff:

• Bulk
• Show
• Restoration
• Banknote

How To Submit Via the Dealer OSC:

Visit the Dealer OSC page and follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Start Submission tab and add your login information to access the main page.

2. Have your coins ready and manually enter your orders by using the 10-key number pad and tab functionality to add all your information about your coins—quantity, specimen number, declared value, certification number, and minimum grade. Once you enter your spec #, the OSC will automatically insert details for coin description, type, and image.

Note: Minimum Grade is optional for dealers.

3. Select the add-ons you would like to include for that item:

• TrueView Imaging
• First Strike Designation (where applicable)
• Variety Attribution
• Special Label
• Check the box for mint error, if applicable

4. After confirming all of the details, add any comments you would like to input for that item. Then, if you wish to add another coin, simply press "Tab" to move to a new line.

5. Once you finish order input, click on Continue to Review.

6. The review step will provide a choice of three service level categories:

• Recommended—service level that best fits your order
• Available—other eligible service levels
• Unavailable—ineligible service levels for this order

Note: By default, coins receiving a genuine only grade will not be holdered. If you would like them to still be encapsulated, check the "Holder if Genuine Designation" box.

7. After the service level is selected, click continue to checkout to review how you are submitting your items.

8. In the Review Page, the Dealer OSC will display a dollar amount of how much you’ll save compared to the standard PCGS Collectors Club price, per item, per service level.

9. You will then have the option of selecting how to drop off your orders:

• Ship on your own
• Drop off at PCGS Event (submission only)
• Drop off at PCGS (SNA only)

Note: If you choose to drop off your coins via Concierge, you will receive a Calendly link to schedule a date and time to drop off your coins.

10. Next, enter your return shipment address and payment information, and before submitting your order.

Note: If you already have a default shipping address on record, you can select the return shipping dropdown rather than typing your address for every order.

11. Finally, select “Create Submission" and your order is complete.
