The 1890 Proof Indian Cent has one of the higher mintages in the series, therefore, it is one of the easier dates to obtain. Red Brown examples appear to be the most common from the different color designations. And grades PR63 to PR65 are also the most common. Anything grading higher than PR66 is considered scarce. Examples displaying Cameo surfaces are very rare.
