The 2013-P Kennedy Half Dollars were officially released by the U.S. Mint on June 20, 2013. The coins were sold to collectors and the public in sets of two 20 coin rolls or in bags containing 200 coins each. The two roll (40 coins) set coins were priced at $32.95 each. The 200 coin bags were priced at $139.95 each.
Most 2013-P Kennedy Half Dollars came in nice quality ranging from about MS64-MS66 condition. Nicer examples in about MS67 condition proved to be much more difficult to find. Yet, certified examples in this grade were priced affordably that just about any collector can buy one at a reasonable price. In MS68 condition these coins are very difficult to find and very few examples managed to escape in this condition with no examples known in better condition.
