Jaime Hernandez:

The 2014-D Enhanced Native American Dollars only came from the 2014-D Coin and Currency Sets issued by the US. Mint. The sets contained a $1 Currency Note and the 2014-D Enhanced Native American Dollar. The set had an issue price of $13.95 each. The Mint produced a total of 50,000 sets and they sold out very quickly.

The 2014-D Enhanced Native American Dollars have a Satin like appearance and have a different appearance than circulation strike or proof Native American Dollars from the same year. The Satin like appearance can be easily distinguished with the naked eye when compared to circulation strike or proof coins. Most 2014-D Enhanced Native American Dollars were nicely struck ranging from about MS67-MS69 condition.
