The United States Mint officially began selling the business strike 2019 San Antonio Mission National Quarters on August 26, 2019. The U.S. Mint offered the coins in 2 roll sets, 3 coin roll sets and 100 coin canvas bags.

The 2 roll coin sets had 1 roll of coins struck at the Philadelphia Mint and the second roll struck at the Denver Mint. The 2 roll coin set had an issue price of $32.95 if purchased directly from the U.S. Mint. The Mint also offered a 3 coin roll set, 1 roll of coins was struck at the Philadelphia Mint, the second roll at the Denver Mint and the third roll at the San Francisco Mint. The 3 coin roll set had an issue price of $46.95 if purchased directly from the U.S. Mint.
The Mint also offered the coins in 100 coin canvas bags. Each bag contained 100 coins from either the Philadelphia, Denver or San Francisco Mint. Each 100 coin canvas bag had an issue price of $34.95.
There was also a 1 coin roll option to purchase only the San Francisco struck coins and it had an issue price of $18.95 for each roll.
Each roll from either Mint contained 40 coins each.
