The 2000-S Virginia Quarter was sold in two different proof sets in the year 2000. The first proof set contained 10 coins, which included the 1, 5c, 10c, 50c and $1 proof coins. Additionally, it also contained a Clad Proof Quarter from each state all coins were from the year 2000. The 10 Piece Proof Set had an issue price of $19.95 if purchased directly from the U.S. Mint.

The second proof set that the Virginia Proof Quarter was issues in was the 5 State Quarters Clad Proof Set. The set contained the 5 different quarter designs issued in the year 2000 all in proof format. The issue price from the Mint was set at $13.95 for the set.
