The 1964-D FS-801 shows doubling onvirtually every one of thge letters and on some of the design elements. The doubling mimics a double strike, where the second strike rotated a degree or two in a counter-clockwise direction. This is the opposite of 1964-D DDR (FS-802), but similar to FS-803. This variety is fairly scarce, but can be found in Mint State with some searching (see the PCGS CoinFacts Condition Census).
