The 2004-P Lewis and Clark Uncirculated Commemorative Silver Dollar was issued to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the Lewis and Clark expedition.

Obverse: The obverse features Lewis and Clark planning an exploration. In the background there is a river and trees. The obverse has the inscriptions, "Liberty, In God We Trust, 1804, 1806 Lewis & Clark Bicentennial and 2004.

Reverse: The reverse of the coin features a Peace Medal and two feathers, one on the left and one on the right of the Peace medal. The reverse has the inscriptions, "E Pluribus Unum, One Dollar and United States of America.
