Jaime Hernandez:

The 1920-P Lincoln Cent is easy to obtain up to AU condition. In uncirculated condition, it is inexpensive to buy up to about MS63 condition. In MS60-MS65 they can be obtained with minimal efforts. In MS66 they are much scarcer. And in MS67 or higher they are very tough to locate, if one is found, expect to pay a significant premium for an example in these higher grades.
