The Denver Mint struck over 6.5 billion, 1996-D Lincoln Cents. Therefore, most collectors should be able to easily find an example in circulation. Uncirculated examples can also be found without much effort. There are some examples that exist, even in MS69 condition but these are usually left for the very sophisticated Memorial Lincoln cent collectors.
