The El Yunque 5 Ounce National Park Quarters were officially released by the Mint on May 29, 2012. The coins had an isue price of $204.95 each. This is the first design from 2012 for the series and the eleventh design in all the series. The maximum authorized mintage was set at 25,000. Most coins came in very nice quality ranging from about MS66-MS69 condition.
