Jaime Hernandez:

The 2013-S Proof Native American Dollar had a new reverse design this year. The reverse design represents the Delaware Treaty of 1778. The obverse design remained the same as in previous years featuring Sacagawea and her son John Baptiste.

The 2013-S Proof Native American Dollars came in really nice quality ranging from about PR67-PR70 Deep Cameo condition. Coins in perfect PR70 Deep Cameo quality were a little more difficult to find but there was enough coins of this quality to meet the collectors demand.
