Ron Guth:

Of all the War-Time Nickel, the 1945-S is the most difficult to locate with Full Steps (FS), both in overall rarity and in the availability of Gem specimens. The most common grade for the FS version is MS-66. As of February 2011, only four have been certified by PCGS at the MS-67FS level, with none finer.
