The 1984-S Proof Lincoln Cent can be easily obtained. As the U.S. Mint struck over 3 million examples, making it fairly common for a modern proof coin. Examples up to PR69 Deep Cameo condition are the norm. Only in PR70 Deep Cameo are they scarce.
