Most 1963 Proof Jefferson Nickels were stuck in really nice quality. Average examples probably range from about PR65 to PR68 condition. Only examples in PR69 Deep Cameo are scarce. Examples in perfect PR70 Deep Cameo are almost unheard of and less than a handful graded by PCGS are known in perfect PR70 Deep Cameo condition.
