The 1987-S Proof Washington Quarter came we struck for the most part. Examples up to PR69 Deep Cameo are very common. In perfect PR70 Deep Cameo condition, they are much scarcer. However, enough examples exist in PR70 Deep Cameo that most Washington Quarter collectors can afford one.
