The 1850 Half Cent is one of the lower mintage issues of the Braided Hair type (only the 1857 has a lower mintage). High grade examples are somewhat scarce, but obtainable. However, 1850 Half Cents are scarce with significant amounts of original Mint Red. Full Red examples are extremely rare.
