The 1864 Proof 2 Cent Piece has a low mintage of 100 coins struck, making it very scarce in any condition. Most examples that survive appear to display mostly red brown surfaces. Examples with full red surfaces are really scarce. And examples with cameo or deep cameo surfaces are almost unheard of. Coins grading PR66 or higher regardless of color designation are also very scarce. Expect to pay a an expensive price for any example in PR66 or higher.
