There are atleast threee different Re-Punched Dates for this issue. This one seems to be the least prominent and the least popular of the three.
The re-punching is primarily visible on the 1 digit of the date. The re-punching is located towards the bottom of the 1. Some slighter re-punching is visible underneath the 8 digit.
