Experts accept only one 1833 Large Cent as a true Proof, that being the unique PCGS PR64+RD example from the Norweb Collection. Despite some die cracks on the obverse, this example is the earliest state of the variety. The cataloger of the Norweb Collection noted some striking weakness on stars 5 to 11 and on the right side of the wreath -- despite having been struck four times.
A second example from the T.J. Clarke Collection has been debunked as a Proof by modern viewers. Thus, if you want a Proof Large Cent from 1833, your only hope is the Norweb coin.
