The 2009-P District of Columbia Quarter was officially released on January 24, 2009. This was the first design issued in the Washington D.C. and U.S. Territories Quarter program. Most coins came in nice quality. Coins grading MS67 were scarce. Anything grading higher than MS67 is very scarce to rare.
