Ron Guth:

Judd 362 is an unusual coin that combines the obverse of an 1864 Indian Head Cent with the obverse of an 1858 Flying Eagle Cent. Clearly, this was not intended as a pattern coin because it was never seriously proposed as a new coin; rather, it was a dual-dated concoction made at the Mint specifically for sale to collectors.

Only two examples are known: 1) a PCGS PR62 and 2) a PCGS PR64CAM.
