The 1866 Proof Seated Liberty Dime is one of the easier dates to obtain in the series. It appears as if most examples exist in grades of PR62 - PR64. Examples in PR65 to PR66 are much scarcer. Any example grading PR67 is considered rare, as about a dozen or less exist in this condition. Anything above PR67 is extremely rare.
