David Hall: The 1866, 1867, and 1868 Indian cents are of approximate equal rarity. All three are definitely rarer than the 1864 and 1865. The 1866 is a scarce coin in mint state and all MS Brown and Red & Brown grades. It is rare in MS65 Red or better.
