Jaime Hernandez:

The 1895 Indian Cent is considered a common date since it’s mintage is relatively high for the series. Circulated coins up to about MS65 condition appear to be readily available. In MS66 it is much more difficult to find. And in MS67 or higher it is considered very difficult to find and expect to pay a big premium for an example in this condition.
