Jaime Hernandez:

The 1956 Proof Roosevelt Dime is considered common in most grades. Without the cameo or deep cameo designation, it is common up to PR68 condition. Anything grading higher is scarce. In cameo condition it is somewhat scarce in PR68 and very scarce in 69 cameo. With the deep cameo designation it is very tough to locate especially in PR68 grades or higher.
