Jaime Hernandez:

The 1970-P Washington Quarter is fairly common up to about MS66 grade and most collectors should be able to easily obtain one. In MS67 it is much scarcer. And in MS68 condition or higher, it is very difficult to obtain as few examples exist in this condition.
