Jaime Hernandez:

The 1983-P Dime is extremely scarce with Full Bands characteristics on the reverse design of the coin. Out of over 647 million coins struck for this issue, there has to be more examples out there showing the Full Bands. So far, there are less than 5 examples known that display Full Bands details on the reverse design of the coin, making one of the toughest issues with the FB designation for the Clad Roosevelt Dime series.
