Jaime Hernandez:

The 1991-D Roosevelt Dime is a very difficult date to locate in high uncirculated grades despite it being a fairly modern coin. With Full Bands details on the reverse design of the coin, it becomes even more difficult to find. As of 2011, PCGS has only graded one example with the Full Bands designation in all grades combined. Not because collectors aren't sending them in to get graded but its due to the bad quality of this date and mintmark overall.

Any 1991-D Dime with Full Bands details is a great find, as they are very scarce with the FB details. In high grades without the FB designation they are available. However, some time and effort is required in finding any examples in MS65 grades or higher.
