Jaime Hernandez:

Over 4.6 billion 1992-P Lincoln Cents were produced by the U.S. Mint making the coin a really common coin up to about MS67 condition. In MS68 it becomes much scarcer but most collectors with a small budget can still afford it. Only in MS69 or higher is it rare and expensive. This year there was a Lincoln Cent design change on the reverse letters "AM" of America. Where the letters are close together or spaced apart.
