Jaime Hernandez:

The 2000-S Proof Kennedy Half Dollar is considered common for the series, as enough examples were produced to meet the demand. High grade examples seem to be the norm. Examples up to PR69 DC are very affordable and perfect PR70DC examples carry a small premium.
