The 2004 $10 Uncirculated Platinum Eagle has one of the lower mintages in the series. However, the Mint produced Platinum Eagles in $10, $25, $50 and $100 denominations in both Uncirculated and Proof. Therefore, too many coins in the series tend to keep prices down even for some semi key or key date issues such as this one. The $10 2004 commands a very small premium over other common dates despite it's relatively lower mintage. Most examples of this date can be found in about MS68 to MS69 condition.
