Jaime Hernandez:

The 2004-P Florida State Quarter is common as hundreds of millions were produced. Circulated examples should also be easy to find in circulation. In uncirculated condition they are common up to about MS66 condition. MS67 examples can easily be found in rolls or bags with minimal effort. In MS68 condition they are scarce and much harder to find. Anything grading higher than MS68 is rare.
