Jaime Hernandez:

The 2013-D Shield Lincoln Cent is very common up to about MS66 condition, as the U.S. Mint struck over 3 billion examples for circulation. In MS67 grade t is a little harder to find but enough examples exist that just about any serious collector can obtain one easily. In MS68 condition they are scarce and collectors will probably have to search through thousands if not tens of thousands of examples from rolls to be able to find one.
