Jaime Hernandez:

This is the fourth year in which the U.S. Mint has used the Union Shield design on the Lincoln cent. The coins are very common in circulated grades up to MS64. In MS65 a little searching is required and probably possible to find some in circulation. In MS66 a lot of searching is required and probably from bags or rolls. In MS67 condition or higher they are very scarce and hard to find, any example in this condition or higher is a great find.
