The 1938 is the third lowest mintage of the proof Walkers, and it is also the third rarest. In fact, it is just slightly more available than the 1937. Suberb, deep mirror Gems are available. The 1938 is also one of the few proof Walking Liberty half dollars for which Cameo proofs exist, though only a small handful are known.
